How I live
I have chosen a modest life. I spend six months of the year in Asia and six months of the year in the United States. I travel constantly. I work to keep my overhead as low as possible and I am grateful for every partner I have in the work. Those partners range from the wealthy to widows on fixed incomes. I do my best to insure that I use those resources wisely.
If you are interested in partnering in my work, you may contribute online through the SecureGive link. You may also mail a check made out to ChurchAsia. Use the address at the bottom of this page. We are a non-profit organization and will provide a tax receipt for your records at the end of the fiscal year.
How I work
I invest foremost in leaders. I’ve found if I build a leader, that leader will build a resource base through those he leads. Those resources are financial, manpower, and influence. My role is that of a venture capitalist and visionary. If I can build a leader and a financial base, that leader will build a work according to his capability and vision. Once I’ve built a leader I partner with him in projects. My contribution to those projects is financial and visionary. I look for critical criteria in my leader before I engage in partnership. What measurable resources does he bring to the project? Does this project benefit his vision? Is he committed to the project as an equal partner? Is this project self-sustainable?
How I Grow
My success is my leaders success and his success is mine. I grow because he grows. This is the secret to multiplication and to generational growth. We multiply when we build a growing leader.
